CDC,according to the Green Thinking and Sustainability values, has joined “Adopt a Beehive”, the 3Bee’s Biodiversity Protection program and it has chosen to take care of a beehive and protect it.
Thanks to the activity of Federico, our beekeeper, we are able to protect 300,000 bees and 300 million pollinated flowers. To support him in this precious work, we then helped to provide him with the devices necessary for monitoring the health of bees. Innovative and non-invasive systems that allow you to evaluate the well-being inside the hive, such as temperature, sound intensity and the weight of the insects, without the need to open it frequently and therefore annoy the bees.
It is an initiative as simple as it is important, of which our company is very proud.
Participating in the growth and development of our hive is undoubtedly a valid way to become aware of how much the basis of improvement sometimes comes from small gestures.
